BIOGRAPHY
Christiana Stewart is a UK-based freelance dancer, choreographer, and Pilates instructor working internationally between the UK and Australia. Her practice is defined by versatility, athleticism, and a refined physical intelligence grounded in contemporary dance and classical ballet. Expanding beyond traditional forms, she integrates acrobatics, aerial dance, and commercial and urban techniques including hip hop and jazz as well as SPACTs training, creating a dynamic and adaptable movement language suited to both stage and screen.

Christiana trained with Motionhouse (2024) and completed the pre-professional program at Sydney Dance Company (2021). She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance (Distinction) from Queensland University of Technology, complemented by studies in Nutrition and Health Science- an academic foundation that informs her longevity focused approach to performance.
Her career spans large-scale international events, contemporary festivals, and interdisciplinary collaborations. Highlights include performing in the UEFA Champions League Final Kick Off Show, appearing with Boy Blue alongside Lenny Kravitz at Wembley Stadium, and presenting work at Resolution Festival at The Place London. In Australia, she has collaborated with The Farm and Legs On The Wall at Brisbane Festival, and performed with Circa collaboratively integrating visual artists Luke Jerram’s ‘GAIA’.

Alongside her performance career, Christiana teaches Pilates across London and the West Midlands. Her disciplined cross training in Pilates, yoga, and martial arts, acrobatics and calisthenics and strength conditioning underpins a resilient, adaptable, and high performance physical practice.

Her work is driven by a commitment to pushing stylistic boundaries and bridging contemporary performance, athleticism, and cinematic sensibility to create physically striking and emotionally resonant experiences.
